Up till now, the only way to obtain a link system in Windows similar to the one in UNIX systems was through direct accesses. Normally, these accesses do not offer you all the benefits that even a symbolic UNIX link can offer you.
Junction is a free application for Windows that allows you to use symbolic links in a similar way to how you use it in UNIX type systems.
The only thing you have to do is copy the executable to one of the stored directories in the PATH variable environment and use the command

To detach a link you have to do the opposite, which is the same command:

and the path of the link to detach.
All of this makes Junction an interesting application for those of you who manage your PC on a more advanced level.
