FreeDMG is the perfect tool for working with different types of disk images, particularly DMG files.
Not only does it allow you to create disk images just by dragging and dropping files on the program interface or on its icon on the Dock, but it also allows you to edit them and enable them to be used online.
You can use FreeDMG to protect the disk images you create using a password and encrypt the information on them if you want. The same thing is true if you want to attach a license agreement to the disk image.
FreeDMG can create the following image types: read and write, read-only, compressed (zlib or bzip2), DVD-CDr master, sparse, etc.
In addition, you can choose the image file system: HFS, HFS J, UFS, HFSX, HFS or MS-DOS.
